Modern signage solution for improved passenger information and visibility
1. The Challenge
Very short deadline, multiple installation locations across the country, outdoor signage requiring weather-resistant installation, technically complex execution, strict safety regulations while trains remained operational, and high-level health and safety requirements.
2. Objectives
Complete the project quickly and on schedule, deliver a specialized custom advertising and information structure, provide clear public information for passengers, and improve nighttime visibility.
3. The Solution
Aluminium and acrylic structure with LED illumination, 120 mm thick extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated in RAL 5005 blue, vinyl lettering, Kaisen transformer, IP65-rated outdoor LED lighting, mounted to reinforced concrete elements.
4. Implementation
Production followed approved samples and manufacturing plans, including material procurement, welding and assembly, powder coating, LED installation, logistics, and on-site installation.
5. Results
Energy-efficient LED illumination, long-term reliability, maintenance-free operation for up to ten years, reduced operational disruption, and improved nighttime visibility for passenger information.
